Lisa Tyson Named One of Long Island Business News’ Top 50 Women

Lisa Tyson was named one of the Top 50 Women by Long Island Business News. She was honored at a special ceremony on October 19 at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

Launched in 2000, the Top 50 Women in Business program has recognized Long Island’s top women professionals for business acumen, mentoring and community involvement.

GOP health bill passage leaves questions, concerns on LI

LEVITTOWN – There are still questions and concerns to be addressed as a result of the Republican health care bill passing through the House of Representatives.

Susan Pescador, of Levittown, has a pre-existing medical condition. So does her 30-year-old nephew. She says he was diagnosed with cancer five years ago and that the Affordable Care Act saved his life.
