Max Fraad Wolff, Distinguished Economist at the New School, will discuss the threat to our already troubled economy posed by the debt crisis in Europe as part of the Patriot Games Forum: “The Economic Crisis and the PIIGS,” (Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain), which is being held at the Huntington Public Library in the Meeting Room tonight.
Dr. Wolff teaches economics in the New School University Graduate Program in International Affairs. His work can be seen on the BBC, NPR, Al Jazeera English, and Bloomberg TV. Also, in The Wall Street Journal and many other outlets.
The series is produced by the Long Island Progressive Coalition’s Huntington Chapter.
